I got a loan and that helped me to buy some seeds. I expected the rainy season to last for two months, but it only lasted one week. Because of that, the maize that I planted in March didn’t grow big. The beans also got spoiled. Now it is dry season so there is no alternative than to go and fetch water to put in the field. I have a water can, but it is not an easy method. Since there is a dry season I have to fetch water 3 times for one row. So I use the water can 60 times in the morning and 60 times in the evening. I have to do it, because I have to give back the loan. If I could just get a water pump instead of the can it would be much easier for me.
